Error building with APT buildpack

I'm using the API buildpack with the following packages:
fonts-liberation
libappindicator3-1
libasound2
libatk-bridge2.0-0
libatk1.0-0
libgbm1
libgtk-3-0
libnspr4
libnss3
libx11-xcb1
libxcomposite1
libxcursor1
libxdamage1
libxfixes3
libxi6
libxrandr2
libxss1
libxtst6
xdg-utils

And I'm getting the following error:
[149] => ERROR: failed to build: validating stack mixins: buildpack 'fagiani/apt@0.2.5' does not support stack 'qoddi-22'
